People of different faiths, as well as those who have no particular belief, can benefit from the lectures. Vedanta is impersonal and rational; it is not a particular creed but includes all creeds and affirms that they are different expressions of One Truth.

Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi's 168th Birth Anniversary Celebration
 
On Sunday January 10, 2021, at 3:00 pm, a special worship was conducted on the occasion of 168th Birth Anniversary Celebration of Holy Mother Sri Sri Sarada Devi at the Vedanta Society Berkeley. Swami Prasannatmananda performed the worship. California has Stay at home orders due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, and as a result, devotees could not attend the worship in person.  However, about 150 devotees watched the worship by Facebook Live and Live Streaming on YouTube to celebrate the occasion.  A few volunteers wearing masks and following social distancing helped in preparing for the worship and cooking prasad. Prasad boxes were distributed to volunteers since eating is prohibited in the premises.
